The purposes of this report were to explore the influences of many factor on their scholastic records, and to understand the concept, definition and construct the model. This report adopted is questionnaire survey, which include intelligence record, social-economic status, learning-motivation, self-worth. To proof these factor influences of scholastic record.The results of this report were as follows:1.There was no difference of intelligence on scholastic record;2.There was no difference of social-economic status on scholastic record;3.There was no difference of learning -motivation on scholastic record;4.There was no difference of self-worth on scholastic record. The results of this report provides some suggestions for teachers,counselors of military and future studies. Based on the findings to promote the student record of military.
