In this study, through interviewing with expertise and reviewing, we analyze the relationship between financial crises with enterprise behavior, such as managing attitude, corporate governance, information disclosure, financial market and media interaction; and sequentially conclude the possibility of financial crisis to eighteen reference indicators. For verifying the reliance of the conclusion, we track specific companies on open market. Hope the study would help investors in judgement. While evaluating the business operating status, investors are usually focusing on the change of financial figures or ratios which are actually the ultimate result of business operation during a specific period. In order to examine the probability of the financial crisis from the practical point of view, I analyze the relationship between financial crisis and various indicators including enterprise behavior, manager’s view, corporate governance, information disclosure, financial market and media interaction. After interviewing with several expertises and reviewing different cases, I reached a conclusion with eighteen feasible indicators and applied these to specific listing companies to verify the reliability of this study. I hope this study will strengthen the investor’s decision making process. The top five indicators are as following: (ranked by significance) 1.Financial Chief Officer resigns during the financial deficit years 2.Non-core business investment keeps increasing while the bottom line stagnates. 3.The board members and managers keep reducing their share holding. 4.Aggressive derivatives investment. 5.Short-term bank loan increase persistently even after collecting fund from public.
