Due to PSEP running very short time within 14 months, such kind of thesis not so popular, which program was assisted middle -advanced age and poor unemployment grand job. Thus this thesis (PSEP) was effect to middle -advanced age and poor grand job as subject. Researching PESP how to benefit to middle -advanced age unemployment in their finance, mental, self-confidence and so on. Understanding their motive to join PSEP and tracing their further, which will effect their willing to work in private enterprise or not in order to see PSEP achieve final goal. Submit the results to the government to improve. Using semi-structure questionnaire interviewed 13 middle -advanced ages and poor unemployment in participators and 4 represents in administrative officers. There were two times interview; one in before end of program another one by after 6 months of program survey the implementations of PSEP. Results as following: 1. The analysis between participator and PSEP: Participator in female, oldest, education less, non-majority incomer, non-skill will more rely on PSEP. 2. Motive of participator: They are part of temporary worker, dismission and unemployment and consulted by officer. It is obviously to see there is helpless for weakling party. 3. The influence to middle -advanced age unemployment from PSEP: Most of the participators are positive, PSEP only contributed their social mental, including consign of living, human relationship increased, confidence and so on; but not contributed their finance. 4. The effect to middle -advanced age unemployment from PSEP: PSEP had less of achievement to middle-advanced age unemployment. There are big different compare with private enterprise such as easily, non-skill, less challenge, short assistance. The gape was still between to them. 5. Job-seeking & self career proposal for participator after PSEP: Most of the participator didn’t care themselves just waiting for next PSEP. 6. Value & suggestion of PSEP : Part of participator agree this program not only could help middle-advanced age unemployment but also solve the short of labor in government would like to meet more such kind of program continuously. In the another hand, part of negative side as careless of regulations, short of further procedures etc. Suggesting improve skill & knowledge into this program. According to this result, might be suggest to government could improve as following: Policy side for PSEP should be clear up in the global system and connect with further sub-programs. Using multi-function replace single one, implementation of the programs should be given sufficient time for planning and preparation. Execution side support to be has standard operation procedure and menu. Establish surveillant system and build in project assistance. By Middle-Advanced age side could legislate to protect their working right & to increase their working opportunity. Private enterprise should understand & employ Middle-Advanced age human resource. The Middle-Advanced age have to create good Job-Seeking concept and human resource network.
