Summary: | 碩士 === 東吳大學 === 日本語文學系 === 93 === The purpose of this thesis is to discuss the acquisition of Japanese giving/receiving verbs for Taiwanese Japanese learners. The previous researches and surveys are used to analyze the result of the questionnaire for 150 college students which are studying Japanese now to find out why the Taiwanese Japanese learners are always confused with the usage of Japanese giving/receiving verbs (-te)ageru, (-te)kureru and (-te)morau.
In this thesis, some primary findings based on the statistic results are mentioned. First of all, the results show that the acquisition of Japanese giving/receiving verbs advances as the school year goes up. Second, Taiwanese Japanese learners tend to acquire the usage of the structures of “ageru”, “kureru”, “morau” earlier than the usage of the structures of “te-ageru” , “te-kureru” and “te-morau” . Third, the misuse of the structures of “ageru” and “morau” tends to decrease as the school year goes up. On the other hand, the misuse of the structures of “te-ageru” and “te-kureru” tends to be decrease as the school year goes up, but the misuse of the structures of “te-kureru”, “te-morau” tends to increase as the school year goes up. Forth, a Tukey HSD shows that there is a significant difference between “the learners of the second year” and “the learners of the third year”(p=.000),and so is between “the learners of the second year” and “the learners of the forth year”(p=.000). However, there is no significant difference between “the learners of the third year” and “the learners of the forth year”(p=.788)
