碩士 === 東吳大學 === 中國文學系 === 93 === Zhong-zhang Tong’s " Chang Yan " is thoughtful achievement mainly. His book deals with the rethinking and the essay of the Han Dynasty politics history. My paper intends to explain why is the viewpoint and how is the thoughtful value in Zhong-zhang Tong’s " Chang Yan ". By the historical viewpoint, we can know those politics and the economic problems of the Han Dynasty last years are extremely serious. Meanwhile, Zhong-zhang Tong mainly used this point to respond the difficult problem of the despotic dynasty. About prosperity and decline of circle of dynasty, he opposes the providence. He provides the endeavor of human-being that is important. In addition, he discusses benefits, shortcomings, and the changing of each political institution. Importantly, this book also presents that Zhong-zhang Tong cares about the nation and society deeply.
