碩士 === 實踐大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 93 === Over the past ten years, foreign countries have had some practical experience and achievements for well-managed incubators. Until now, internal incubators have been set up for eight years. However, since different circumstances and government’s year-by-year reduced subsidies, the management of internal incubators encounter reformation and challenge. This study is about to analyze the status quo and future of domestic incubators and its key success factors. This study is aimed at domestic academic incubators using Document Analyses, Interview Methods, and Questionnaire Surveys. There are totally sixteen-four questionnaires and nineteen valid questionnaires. With Analytic Hierarchy Process Approach, it is suggested ten key success factors arranged by weight proportion as follows: 1.Set definite goals for organizations 2.Immediately solve problems of entering and being stationed enterprises 3.Have clear policies 4.Assist in technology transfer and invention 5.deliberately choose excellent entrepreneurial teams 6.Selecting unique industries of entering and being stationed enterprises based on core resources of mother organizations 7.Providing business management and knowledge of law 8.Encourage teachers and students to create entrepreneurial opportunities 9.Hire managers with senses of entrepreneurship 10.keep good social networks in mother organizations For successful management of incubators, incubative managers have to master the above ten key success factors. That business management of incubators can be totally in control, limited resources can be effectively distributed and exercised; even managers’ work can be simplified. Also, the ten key success factors can be used as detection systems for incubators
