The charateristics of the executives and their Small and Medium size Enterprise, the complexity and speciality of the Information Security itself,and the Digitalization Degree of their business surroundings form the three perceptual factors of the Information Security perception, how the three of them jointly give meaning to the Maturity of the Information Security Management is an interesting and meaningful study especially in Taiwan where there are millions of Small and Medium size Enterprise. The study presents mainly that (1)the perception of the Information Security Issues insignificantly relates to the digitalization degree of their business surroundings. (2)the perception of the Information Security Risk insignificantly influences the Maturity of the Information Security Management. (3)the Digitalization Degree of their business surroundings significantly influence the Maturity of the Information Security Management positively.
