| Summary: | 碩士 === 實踐大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 93 === Incubator organizations are getting increased and grown up in Taiwan. Some scholar has been researching and figure out many useful, important topics and conclusions in this field. There is one more theme I am interested in. That is about how to obtain, manage and operate all the mutual sources network relationship.
There were many references taking the method of measurement in the past to do research in the quite similar topic. That is why I analyze this thesis by case study in purpose. Here takes five interviews with incubator managers for case analysis. This research will combine both actuality and theories to enhance the strength of sources network. The following will be the result in short.
In the first stage, We have to clearly understand where are all the sources from？They may come from its inside of their tenant, the groups of professor and student in the natural environment or the big society including government, research institute and other incubators.
Incubator should actively and passively develop the relationship with such source supplier. In the next, it could forms network types by function and character in order to design a network management mechanism maintaining the density and integrity of the network relationship.
In the end, the tenant could be four different types. According this type and the needs of tenant, incubator will offer and support a network portfolio to fulfill the needs and lift up the performance. Especially here also find out incubator give totally support will be the trend. That means more emphasis will focus on the service sources in future. Therefore it is necessarily to well plan the network management and hope this simple theoretical system could give a sense for reference.
