Summary: | 碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 資訊管理學系研究所 === 93 === Recently, more and more enterprises have been plunging into the e-learning for staff’s training or customer’s service. But most of the e-learning focuses mainly on the achievement of financial frame.
As for the evaluation of the achievement of the non-financial frame, there is not a applicable model to follow so far.
This study uses the " Balanced Scorecard" which stresses the balance of financial and non-financial frame to collect the financial and non-financial achievement indexes of e-learning, according to the four categorized achievement indexes of " Balanced Scorecard" 「learning and growth」,「in-house process」,「customer」and「finance」.
In order to screen out the key indexes from the 31 indexes ,we issued a questionnaire to CEOs of the related enterprise. We apply the "Likert scale" to estimate and confirm each index. An index model for e-learning is thus established, which is named " Balanced Scorecard for the achievement of enterprises to promote e-learning".
This model enables enterprises to evaluate easily the indexes that are needed to be improved, and to provide information for enterprises'' reference.
