This research was also to identify current training practices, training courses, and reactions of training evaluation. The questionnaire was used to collect the research data. There were 488 copies of questionnaire were distributed to the tourist hotel in Taiwan. There were 418 copies of questionnaire returned, and the overall return rate was 85.7%.Statistical analysis was used in the study. It included descriptive statistical, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's method, chi-square, Pearson's product-moment correlation, and regression. The research result is listed below: A.The differences between each variable and willingness of having training 1. factor of personality Regarding to the differences of people’s age, marital status, working age, income, education level, training experience, achievement motivation, job title, department, it shows big difference. 2. factor of social environment For the reason of [classical social concept] and his/her boss’s behavior, there are big differences between willingness of [Chef] on having training. 3. factor of training For the reason of training type, material, format, equipment, time, student level, teachers status, it will be much affected on willingness of chef for training. 4. factor of family For the reason of single-kid or nor, family level, family expectation, it caused big difference on willingness of chef for training. B. The relationship between the basic characteristic and willingness of chef for training 1. For ages and affecting willingness factors, it caused big differences for different social environment. 2. For marital status and affecting willingness factors, it caused big differences for different personal background. 3. For education level and affecting willingness factors, it caused big differences for different training condition, personal background and future achievement. 4. For income and affecting willingness factors, it caused big differences for personal background. 5. For department and affecting willingness factors, it caused big differences for personal background. 6. For position and affecting willingness factors, it caused big differences for personal background and social environment. 7. For working ages and affecting willingness factors, it caused big differences for future achievement. 8. For training experience and affecting willingness factors, it caused big differences for future achievement. Based on the findings of the research and results, training should include education and training offered by junior high job-training school, college, university and social university. It would reach win-win condition. To encourage employee to have willingness of having training, offer reasonable encouragement. To setup internal training teachers and refers to training material, personal experience, technical skill, uploaded well planned training courses to computer and offers training to chef. Chefs of tourist hotel could have communication channel and setup training system, and to improve skill or art of cooking.
