However, the effects of AT on motor performance was not confirmed. Thus, purpose of the present investigation was to clarify the effects of AT on motor performances in male collegiate basketball players. None injury was reported by the participants (n=8) who without AT experience 6-month prior to this study. This study was carried out within 12-week. No AT was applied to participants during the first to 6th week before the motor performance tests. During the 7th-12th weeks, AT was applied to the participants by same trainer before the motor tests. The performances of static balance (closed-eyes of single leg standing), dynamic balance (modified bass test), speed (30 m sprint, 15 m backward run, 15 m slide run), power (vertical jump, standing jump), and agility (15 m shuttle run, Edgren side step) were compared between no-AT and AT situations with paired t-test (=.05). Times of 15 m slide and 15 m shuttle run with AT were significantly longer than no-AT, however, no difference was found in 30 m sprint, 15 m backward run, Edgren side step, vertical- and standing-jumps between 2 conditions. Both static- and dynamics balance abilities were significantly enhanced with AT. In addition, the overall performance curve decreased at the 7th and 8th weeks but returned to control (no-AT) level since the 9th week and maintained to the 12th week. In summary, although AT leads to speed and agility inhibition of young basketball players who without AT experience, the negative effects can diminished by multi-AT-experience. 祁業榮 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 56 zh-TW
