Participants over 65 of age are selected from members of social club, Kaohsiung Golden Age Association. Qualified test ants will be asked to fill two separate surveys on the amount of physical exercises and living quality, undergo health fitness examinations, and further be lectured on health subjects and physical exercises over the course of a year. The collected data will be sorted and analyzed by SPSS for Windows 11.O version. These analysis include quantity distribution, mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, dependent sample t-test. On regard of health fitness, the comparison of fitness index number between male and female in 2004 and 2005 only showed significant differences in cardiopulmonary function (male senior 17.3±3.9, female senior 7±11.7), and average physical exercise amount (male=162.4±46.8, and female=117.6±35.6) via t-test. On regard of living quality, body function and body pain showed significant difference (p<0.05). The result also showed significant difference between high physical exercising group and medium physical exercising group, also between high physical exercising group and low physical exercising group (P<0.05). Different physical exercising amount reflected significant differences on body functioning; the senior with higher exercising amount have better body functioning than the others. The health fitness of the seniors showed direct relationship with the increase amount of physical exercise. Adequate increase in physical exercising amount can enhance the effect, and further promote the living qualities of the seniors. Theresa Chyi 祁業榮 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 67 zh-TW |
