And analyzed how it works to the job burnout. The researcher made an assumption about the question. and take an unrandom form to gage the survey object. There are 250 available questionnaires. The analysis displayed that the different communication skills between higher-up and staff effects to the burnout. Especially in emotion exhausted. It get an influence to the dehumanization of staff. Organization culture seemed not make much influence to the job burnout, but it cause the dehumanization.
