Thus, business model is a key factor for Taiwanese businessmen from bed type turret vertical milling machines period to CNC machine tools period; furthermore, Business model are called corporate synergy development system and virtual supply chain and so on. In the study, we make strategic co-opetition of business model consider, relying on core- resource and competition- factor.
In the study, questionnaire is used statistic by factor analysis, cluster analysis, prin-cipal component analysis, canonical correlation, one-way ANOVA statistic mode, which is depending on cutting machine tool members of TAMI. Studying is to provide related scholars and industry to discuss. Conclusion: 1. Domination-capability, quality-service- based, elasticity-based affect quality-service and developing-performance index; 2. Core-resource and completion-factor both dimensions are related; 3. Combining core-resource and competition-factor categories and co-opetition model, which affect quality-service and developing-performance index. 4. Combining core-resource and competition-factor categories, in the facing the environment positively and controlling internal appropriately model, which affect quality-service and developing-performance index. 5. Stable-mentality categories are in the facing the environment positively and controlling internal appropriately model is best to quality-service and develop-ing-performance index. Thus, performance is not only financial number but also indus-try aspect. In the core-resource and competition-factor viewpoint, capability of com-pany is corresponded to strategic co-opetion model to ideal purpose in the charge of en-vironment.
