The first thing for them to face is human resource management and culture differences. The performance of the employees influences the success of an Enterprise. The success of an Enterprise depended on the performance of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The employees of the Multinational Enterprise coming from different nation with different cultural background had different value conceptions, attitudes and behaviors leading to culture differences. It needs different conceptions and method to promote the Organization performance. Therefore it is worth researching to find out whether the cultural facts have effects on the performance of Organizational Citizenship Behavior or not for the reference of the management on business. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship and influence between Cross Culture Factors and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Taiwan’s Multinational Enterprise. We use Hofstede’s cultural dimensions and an Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale developed by William and Anderson to investigate Taiwan’s Multinational Enterprise. This research was made by using questionnaires. Two hundred and fifty (250) questionnaires were distributed, two hundred and four (204) staffs returned the questionnaire and the overall return rate was 81.6%. The empirical results indicated that there was a close correlation between the cross culture factors and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors. The cross culture factors were also found to have effects on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors.
