Summary: | 碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 動力機械工程研究所 === 93 === The present study was aimed at evaluating the hybrid motorcycle system. And then, we studied the system integration and controlling strategies, drive forces and operation test. The hybrid motorcycle system consists of control system, power source unit, transmission, and data acquisition system.
At the first stage, we determined system specifications and selected system layout and operating modes, and then carried out the primary performance evaluation. At the second stage, the paper will focus on the design and implementation of electronic throttle system, transmission system, battery management system, main controller, and then, constructed the testing bench. The test bench can run in three different modes: motor mode, engine mode, and hybrid power mode. At the final stage, system performance test will be carried out. Its result will be used for evaluation and simulation calibration. By using the calibrated simulation program, the control strategy will be analyzed, optimized and verified.
And then, the system run in hybrid mode and followed with ECE-40 test standard. The fuel consumption could reduce 8.8% than in engine mode. Battery residual energy (SOC) will also maintain at some level. Finally, the hybrid motorcycle system is proved to be feasible and can reduce fuel consumption and air pollution.
