The structure of the device is ITO/m-MTDATA/NPB/Alq3/LiF/Al, in the research discovered the use sheet resistance 4.6Ω/□ glass substrate may enhance the part to shine brightness (1,784 cd/m2 @ 9V), the luminous efficiency (8.485 mA/cm2 @ 9V) and may cause part entire surface evener shining. Finally 4.6Ω/□ on first covers a cross in the glass substrate, its material separately uses Au and Ag, the intention increases the anode the electrical conductivity. In the research discovered uses Au the material to be possible to use Ag and not to add any material to shine brightness and the efficiency all comparatively greatly and thick goes past thick it along with Au to shine brightness and the efficiency can be bigger than, its most greatly shines brightness to be possible to achieve 3,057 cd/m2 @ 9V, luminous efficiency 12.047 mA/cm2 @ 9V. 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 69 zh-TW |
