Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 都市發展與建築研究所 === 93 === In the past more than ten years, for the sake of the response to Earth's protection and under the consideration of the "sustainable development", higher educational organizations in all countries of the world produce one activity, which is called the environmental educational movement of the sustainable university, combining with the instruction at school, research resources and the organizations of neighbor community, enterprise or government, and it makes the campuses to be the local or regional study bases of environmental education. Therefore, the sustainable environment of the campuses becomes the objective of all the global universities to pursue academic remarkable achievement, and at the same time, universities start to think about its role and action of the sustainable environment. In order to promote the work of environment development effectively, it is necessary to set up a clearer management framework. If building facilities in the campus waste energy and resource have high fault rate or eliminating and replacing rate, dump polluted materials or waste, use polluted products, and so on, it will cause a huge negative influence for the surroundings of the campus and its neighborhood. The idea of the sustainable management about campus building environment has already included environmental performance, the whole school teachers and students' health, effective management of the productivity, energy and resource, and reduction of the operating cost of building facilities, and as the teaching tools or places of the experiment of a kind of environmental education. The sustainable developing of campus environment of our country, just during the course of developing in initial stage conceiving or trying to find out, have not set up a kind of one that take development of the whole campus as the direction, systematized essence development tactics taking studying the door to combine as foundation . This study carries on investigation and discussion to some domestic universities. The whole but the speech, the universities interviewed is to continuing the environmental policy that the declaration and cooperation of the sustainable university declaration, there are no concrete and obvious cognition and movement. That is to say that the sustainable environment management of every university, generally lack long-term goal, file decision or plan procedure, lack the horizontal connection between the projects of environmental management of the building, demonstrate the shutting insufficient question of the interconnected system. This study result shows that the schools building sustainable management achievements depend on the environment sustainable policy, the formulation of correlation method and the transformation of the campus organization culture to the integrity environment. Firstly, in order to avoid the personal judgment and decision of supervisory layers, it should set up communicative channel inside the organization, receive teaching and administrative staff's suggestions widely, blend the great ambition of continuance into the sustainable environment policy, and strengthen the faith that the environment will be continued forever. Secondly, according to school's own environmental situation, the potentiality of the structure and culture, research and development of the organization, the conditions of the facility ability, community and supports, etc., it should find out the school's own features, and use the suitable management schemes and evaluating items to create more benefits and to save more costs, and to make the sustainable development of campus to be really fulfilled.
