For product development process some problem will unexpected to occur. The generic product development process consists of six phases. The process begins with planning phase end of production ramp-up phase. In the development process industrial and mechanical design equally important. The product and design quality to be successful comprise both industrial and mechanical design. Actuality, The two-functional department closes collaboration together in the project development. It’s will effect the product design process and product quality. So the conflict will frequently to occur in the product design and development with the both industrial and mechanical design functional department. And the affect will to exercise influence over either at present or in the future.
At this study take several real case to draw a conclusion to collect data. It’s got the factor on conflict between both industrial and mechanical design. The cause include immediate and backhanded:
In this study to detect the immediate cause about the design technology below:
1. In the product design and development process. The designer to be provides with an analysis and evaluation about the manufacture and design technology.
2. In the product design and development. The each functional knowledge and experience will early to study like market analysis, technical specification.
3. The one more cause is communicated with each functional department. It is going to make the progress successfully.
Also in this study to detect the backhanded cause below:
1. A product development organization is the scheme by which individual designers and developers are linked together into groups.
2. An enterpriser’s design strategy and product strategy will to crafting an effective development process.
3. Product design and development effective is the communication. That case between the non-design manager and design manager, designer and engineer, also between the each functional.
