Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 營建工程系 === 93 === Along with the human advancements, a keener and keener competition exits between corporations and continuously puts pressure upon organization leaders (top managements). Furthermore, in the age of knowledge explosion, "Research and Development (R&D)" and "Marketing" of products are more important from day to day. As a result, the multi-national enterprises should rely on both the innovations and marketing strategies of products for higher competency. In the construction industry, most of the anterior inventions result form "Brainstorming," abundant inspiration, or empirical cases, so that a systematic method TRIZ (the theory of inventive problem solving), is introduced and applied in this study in order to obtain better design or alternatives at the beginning of construction projects. However, the tough current issues of this method arise from its personal, subjective judgments and blank/empty cells of the traditional contradiction matrix of size 39 × 39. Therefore, this study proposes a systematic innovation model that includes Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Grey Relational Analysis (GRA), updated contradiction matrix of size 48 × 48, analogical thinking, and a check process for managers/engineers to deal with tough problems systematically. In addition, concepts of P-D-C-A management cycle and "Value Engineering (VE)" are applied in this model to enhance the completeness of its execution process. Finally, through two examples, "Pre-stressed Concrete (PC)" and the advancement of hoop reinforcements of columns, it can be concluded that this systematic innovation model is capable of using inventive principles of TRIZ more efficiently, effectively, and systematically to assist the top managements to increase project values.
