The automatic machine vision inspection system integrates machine vision technology using X-Ray images, precise alignment motion mechanism and electrical control module. First, the two-axis motion plant is controlled by a joystick to make the images of the observed object in the inspection window. Second, the characteristic images are acquired through the CCD camera. In addition, the image information is extracted by means of the image processing technology. In this way, the information of each layer is figured out for the quality control procedure.
