Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 93 === For commercializing of the proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs), the mass production technique is one of the most important aims for industry. Specially, for the important component of bipolar plates in PEMFC, it has been focused on reducing the cost, improving the productivity, and enhancing the quality. In this research, the injection molding with the material of the low density polyethylene (LDPE) and graphite-polymer composite were be investigated to determine the formability and the parameters of injection molding. Based on the minimum warpage of bipolar plate, the Taguchi method was adopted to select appropriate factors that will influence the result of injection molding. From the results of experiments, we knew that the injection pressure, melt temperature, packing pressure, and injection speed are the most important factors, which will affect the molding quality; also a series of parameters was formed for bipolar plate injection molding process.
