As a result of increasing of glass suppliers, the competition between those glass suppliers have been more and more cutthroat. In order to reduce the cost, all of these manufacturers try to improve their manufacturing process. In recent year, large size of glass has been a better way to raise the profit. But, this way also cause a big change of transfer system and other manufacture equipments. The contact transfer system used in 5G TFT-LCD can’t be used in today’s large glass transportation. So many equipment suppliers invest much funds to research a new transfer type in today’s TFT-LCD factory. Many experts think that noncontact transfer system will be popular in next generation. This study focus the main topic on noncontact transfer system to simulation and design. In this research, the model’s analysis is studied by finite element method. According to change parameters and boundary conditions like different kinds of gas hole design,gas channel numbers and different angles of inclination of glasses, the effect that jet flow imping upon the glass plate will be gained. Analysing these data from computer simulation and comparing with each other , the best design of noncontact transfer system can be defined. This non-contact transfer system can be used not only in TFT-LCD transportation but also in plate transportation that is made of any kinds of material.
