Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 93 === The selection of structure parameters is the key factor that determines the image quality of an optical system. This work studies the robust parameter design of Cooke Lens. Taguchi’s method is applied to the design of an optical system of which the initial values of parameters are originated from a patent module. The design process is searching for the systems which have acceptable performance even though the dimensions of its components slightly deviated from their nominal values. The basic theory of aberration is first discussed and a few parameters are then chosen as the design factors for experiments. L’36 is adopted for both the inner orthogonal array and the outer orthogonal array from which different levels of the control and noise factors are assigned. Later, signal-to-noise ratio is defined as the criterion in searching the best level for the parameters. Starting from different sets of initial parameters, all of the resultant designs show that larger tolerances can be assigned to the optomechanical system and the design process can be more efficient.
