Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 自動化及控制研究所 === 93 === During the fabrication by utilizing Rapid prototyping system, an important problem is how to control the extracting stress to prevent fabrication part from being broken. The fuzzy control and hybrid control technique is used to control the extracted axis of a RP system. At first, we use the position control in layer control process. During the separating process, the servo system will be changed into torque control mode or speed control mode by identifying the area of each layer mask. According to the different force feedback, the system will adjust the suitable torque force or speed to prevent the work piece form being broken. The research also integrates the separation-judging mechanism and the time-judging mechanism in order to achieve the shortest manufacturing time for a bottom of lighting RP system. The fuzzy hybrid control method is applied to the fabrication of NTUST logo and triangle cone. Compared method with the general position control method and fixed torque control method fuzzy torque control method, which can save up to 68 percent of processing time for each layer. The overall processing time can be saved about 10 percent.
