In order to have to even know well to the foreground of the instrument industry, this research takes the future development strategy of the instrument industry business distributor as, making the thorough study to it. The chance and threat that this research bring when taking the whole industry environment as the instrument industry thoroughfare industry first, see from the outside analysis inside the company of the individual cases again, because the instrument industry thoroughfare industry the competitor is many, the great environment that face to change much pounds at, have to make it face the problem of the self transformation. And the solution is then transformed by the thoroughfare trader in order to establish the technique construction manufacturing platform, then become integrating the system supplier. This develops the strategy, becoming the successful key place that that company has to break the present condition transformation already. In order to resolve the individual cases company live issue, this research begins from the company mission and the management strategy, the understanding analyze the individual cases company future development direction, and inquire in to will develop the strategy in the future, making the individual cases company resolved in the problem up can have one standard of the basis. Finally, this research also puts forward the suggestion to other same trades, making it while facing similar problem, can have one explicit reference direction.
