Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣藝術大學 === 應用媒體藝術研究所 === 95 === In China’s early Republican-era, romantic poet Xu Zhimo is firmly convinced that love is the motive that inspires him to create great art work. The motive also makes him overly believe that art is the source of salvation. However, a man in the world can not avoid ruins of reality but ends in tragedy. The work combines broadcasting with images, presenting the most representative of Xu Zhimo’s eight romantic poems in the form of beautiful sound broadcasting. In addition, the work is accompanied by the new century music with a wooden guitar as its lead instrument, hoping to achieve the following aims and effects: 1. three in one (romantic poetry, beautiful sound, and melody), representing Xu Zhimo’s artistic conception of “love, freedom, and beauty”. 2. to deconstruct Xu Zhimo’s romantic poetry by spying upon his ten-year love tangle and the ups and downs of his love affairs. 3. to reveal the reality of love: “lovers will age, but romantic poems will not”. 4. and to leave declining beautiful sound broadcasting to eternity.
