Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 商學研究所 === 93 === The purpose of this research is to find a reference model for 3C retail chain players to use when searching for a new EPR from the aspect of application functions. With this model, those retailers will know what other players are looking for in an ERP and what ERP functions the major retail EPR’s have. The retailers will be able to quickly eliminate ERP systems that do not have the required functionality. Besides, retail system consultants can know what functions they should focus on before approaching customers. And retail ERP system vendors can know what functions they need to add. In this research we first define its motive and purpose. Then after the secondary data study and the interview with 3C retail chain players, and ERP system vendors, we describe organization structure, business functions, major operation processes, Retail ERP function list, etc. and then derive a reference model. Finally we apply the model to SAP and present suggestions and conclusions. All 3C retail chain players expect ERP systems to help them achieve goals in operating efficiency, real-time KPI data analysis, quick response, low inventory, low expenses, high sales, and high net income. That’s why merchandise management, inventory management, supply chain management, customer relationship management, store systems, space management, and information warehouse are listed in the model.
