The results of pavement experiments could only be applied to those pavements that are under the same or similar situations as experiments’. It would take a long period of time experimenting on various designs and under many situations to get trustworthy results that could be applied to most pavement designs. A three-dimensional pavement model programmed with finite-element software would be presented in this paper. The model is verified by real pavement strain data which is gained from the plan of “Rigid Pavement Monitoring and Analysis in Chiang Kai-Shek International Airport” to evaluate the difference between real pavement behavior and modeling results.
