It is also to help readers to understand and the researcher and teacher’s thinking and professional growth , teaching problems and problem solving in the teaching process .Researcher’s observing records, documents, teaching diaries, reflective diaries, and the notes of discussing with co-researcher were used to collect the data. Results indicated as follows: 1.Teaching by using picture books can increase children’s storytelling ability. 2.Teaching by using picture books can increase children’s in speaking ability. 3.Teaching by using picture books can increase children's reading .interest. 4.Teaching by using picture books can elevate the developmental ability of children’s of creative imagination. 5.Teaching by using picture books can increase the developmental of children’s self-confidence. 6.Teaching by using picture books can increase the emotions between teachers and students. 7.Parents will then positively accept and participate in this activity of teaching by using picture books. 8.Any teacher can improve their teaching ability and increase their professional growth as well when they learn to teach by using picture books. 9.Some teaching problems and good ways to solve them were suggested as follows: (1)Since picture books were lacking in the country school, teachers could make these teaching materials by themselves, or could do library loan with other schools. (2)Teachers must be flexible and willing to adjust their teaching time and units when other beneficial resources favored this. (3)To solve the problems of educating children whose parents are foreigners, the teacher should not only help these children by increasing their learning ability, but also train these foreign mothers in the learning of basic Chinese and educate them to take care of their own children. (4)There is a great difficulty to move parents into teaching this type of reading in the area of country, because they do not identify wholly with this open method of teaching. But, it seems to be such a successful key in teaching that teachers must keep a good relationship with all the parents of their students in order to promote it.
