And also to study the response and attitude of experimental group, who carries out Cooperative Learning. Recommendations are made due to the conclusions and findings for educational applications and future studies. The research adopts the quasi experiment design with pretest-posttest and postponed-test of nonequivalent group. Taking 71 students of second grade of one elementary school in Tainan city as objects of this study. The students are divided into two groups. One is the experimental group, who carries out Cooperative Learning to study ; the other is the control group, who adopts traditional classroom teaching. The experiment teaching time is ten weeks, three times a week, 40 minutes each time.The experiment group was taken to a Cooperative Learning, which entails giving the subjects a one week pilot study prior to the formal experiment, so that the students would be familiar with the process and essence of Cooperative Learning. After experiment teaching, gives these two groups post-test and postpone-test of implement Llife Curriculum study achievent examination, social skills, and have the experimental group to fill in questionnaire of Cooperative Learning . Analyzing all message from experimental group’s response to get bettr understanding of students’ difficulty and expression on learning. Finally, analyzing all data and get the following fIndings: 1. It’s workable to apply the teaching of Cooperative Learning to the Life Curriculum of Grade Two in the elementary school. 2. The learning outcomes of experimental group are remarkable better than control group on social skills. 3. The learning outcomes of experimental group are remarkable better than control group on learning achievement. 4. As for the learning attitude , most of the students have a positive studying attitude and response for the teaching mode of Cooperative Learning.
