It’s important to investigate profoundly on how the political system should be reacted promptly & properly in order to maintain the steady development on the political system as such key issue is also the most indispensable for Taiwan with great efforts on solving it.
Even it has passed for over one year since the start of the above political wrangle, Democratic Progressive Party. the Kuomintang. president Chen Shui-bian & Lian Zhan, President of Kuomintang, are still in enmity without eliminating the discrepancy for discussion on national affairs. At the other hand, the conciliation among Democratic Progressive Party. For the People Party , president Chen Shui-bian & Song Chuyu, President of For the People Party stimulates the strong rebounding and discontent in the bluish & the green camps, evolves another conflict & antagonistic within the political system. Including the advanced democracy countries in American-European,there’s a shortage of one perfect political system in the world; in addition, the political system must carry on combination & reform all the time. in proper time & in time while facing with the more complicated challenge. the sequent conflicts & the change of the political environment for proceeding the most progressive operation & development to an endless circulation of politics.
So the crux of this thesis adopts the 'conflict - merger - reform' theory of political system for the research with statement on Taiwan inner political system merger crisis.
Except with the above 'conflict - merger - reform' theory for the study on Taiwan inner political system merger crisis, this research also connects with the Taiwan political situation under the reign of Chen Shui-bian after the 2004 general presidential election, so it also depicts Taiwan important political personage words. deeds & interaction. the political parties’ conciliation. vicious opposition. the political conflict. the political demonstration. etc., the aim is especially together with the important political personages’ words & deeds on conflict. merger. reform. interact. behavior for understanding. observing. discussing & analyzing the relevant background and motive for achieving with the research purpose and effect of combining the political theory with political situation as much as possible. For the above aim this thesis uses the analytic approach of documents and two kinds of research approaches of penetrating interview. the collection of important political personages’ & political parties’ words and deeds. the quote of the public investigation results by the main news media. the scholastic groups & the government bodies, and also the opinions from the interviews with the political. educational. industrial. legislative & the public circles. At final there’re 4 major enlightenments from the research with 4 major subjects & 13 minor policy recommendations for offering ,personal ideas to the political parties & the people as proposals for trying to present my personal affection. compatriot & exhortation to this endearing country. land & people.
