By means of collecting information and statistical data, as well as proposing related methods, the author has analyzed the company structure evolution of the subject companies in between year 1991 and 2004, and, thus, has understood and concluded the competition key aspects and competitive advantage of the subject companies. With the Competition 5P, the Strategy Alliance, and the Software Industry Analysis, and further, based on the collected information of the subject companies, the author analyzes the ecology of the Niche-orientated software application system industry, as well as the competition and alliance strategy, and the competitive advantage of the major leading companies in the industry. It may provide as a reference to the Niche-orientated software application system companies and help in making deployment strategy in China.
