In other words, enterprises have to swiftly provide enough information for employee demand. Furthermore, a new challenge of enterprise is to do data management and analysis logically, then make the information be employee own knowledge.
Firstly, the primary purpose of this research is to construct a knowledge management system by taking advantage of the past data, theoretical analysis, practical experiences and data mining technique. Secondly, the experiment in this project is to establish an online learning system that trainers can monitor learners’ progress. Moreover, the trainers could make suitable arrangement on curriculum and supply needed help to the learners. Finally, the system provides basis and reference for self-learning, and then makes the enterprise develop as a learning kind organization. As a result, enterprises could flourish stably even if the environment has rapid change.
There are 5 topics in this project, including system introduction, training curriculum, employee data, feedback discussion and system management. The main advantage of this online learning system is to exploit the internet as an agent that could be accessed for learning anytime. In addition, data mining technique also provide relevant analysis for trainers in order to organize suitable curriculum. Therefore, the learners can understand their defects through this system and the trainers could enhance them. Above all, enterprise not only retrench training fee by making use of this system, also implement the knowledge management at the same time.
