Chapter 2 Education rights of the special education students for the primary and secondary schools’ The chapter discusses the education rights of the special education students for the primary and secondary schools’. Discusses the education rights from the concept and development to its contents and cores, then discusses the protection of the education rights and the best benefits for students. Finally, discusses the request rights of the special education students. Chapter 3 Rights protection of the special education students for the primary and secondary schools’ This chapter discusses the rights protection of the special education students for the primary and secondary schools’. The first, discusses the relations between public, private schools and special education students, then research what kind of the principles can be apply to the rights remedy of the special education students for the primary and secondary schools’, moreover discusses the rights of parents to participate in school. Chapter 4 The rights protection way of the special education students for the primary and secondary schools’ Criticize the J.Y. interpretation NO.382. (An expulsion or similar action taken by a school of any level against one of its students in accordance with its student codes or disciplinary regulations will change that student’s status and hinder his/her opportunity to receive an education. In light of its significant impact on the people’s right to education guaranteed by the Constitution, such a disciplinary action shall be classified as an administrative act subject to administrative appeal and administrative litigation. The disciplined student is entitled to bring an administrative appeal and later an administrative litigation when he/she has exhausted all remedies available within his/her school.).Then discusses the appeal system of the special education students for the primary and secondary schools’. Chapter 5 Analyses and discusses to the appeal system of the special education students for the primary and secondary schools’ The main purpose of this chapter criticize the appeal act of the special education students for the primary and secondary schools’.
