In this study, we use a specially designed flexible workpiece fixture equipped with piezoelectric actuators, so that higher precision positioning ability can be achieved. In application, we use less precision positioning system of normal machine tools for large scale adjustment and use the flexible fixture for small scale adjustment, so that highly form precision can be achieved.
