Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 機械與輪機工程學系 === 93 === Abstract The purpose of this thesis except for some highly expensive super precision machine tools, today’s most machine tools can only achieve precision within 10μm, which can not satisfy the increasing need for higher manufacturing precision. In this study, we use a specially designed flexible workpiece fixture equipped with piezoelectric actuators, so that higher precision positioning ability can be achieved. In application, we use less precision positioning system of normal machine tools for large scale adjustment and use the flexible fixture for small scale adjustment, so that highly form precision can be achieved. The positioning precision of the flexible fixture can reach within 1μm, and the range can reach 10μm or higher.
