| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 航運管理學系 === 93 === An enterprise demands high efficiency and low cost management in the highly competitive environment. The rapid development of information technology (IT) makes effective management possible, and therefore to introduce IT into an enterprise has become an inevitable trend.
This research mainly discusses with the information technology readiness of users and the human-computer trust. It is observes the user's personality tendency and to the degree of information technology trust. Discuses if can affect the user’s information behavior of technology? Take the task uncertainty as variable of disturbance. Discusses whether can affect user to use the degree of information technology, but indirectly affects the use behavior of information technology. To achieve research purpose, survey method and drawing samples were used to collect data at the user of web based information system of maritime industry. Altogether sends with provides 250 questionnaires. There were questionnaires sent back 225 and 213 of them were answered fully, the return rate and effective rate was 90.0%.and 85.2%. The data were further analyzed by SPSS . The conclusions of the study were as follows：
1. Significant Positive impact was found between user’s information technology optimistic degree and perceived reliability of human-computer trust.
2. Significant negative impact was found between user’s information technology discomfort and human-computer trust.
3. Significant negative impact was found between user’s perceived reliability of human-computer trust and user’s the degree of information technology.
4. Significant negative impact was found between user’s personal attachment of human-computer trust and user’s the degree of information technology.
Finally, it is hoped that these research outcomes could be useful for companies that intend to implement informational technology and follow-up researches.
