| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 航運管理學系 === 93 === The development of the relevant Hi-Tech industry has been thriving in recent years because of Government’s promotion.With the era of information arriving, the enterprise must face more difficult competition now. Therefore they have to esponse environmental changes quickly, manage the resources, and make the strategies to set up competition advantage for operating forever.
The traditional performance measuring method, financial-oriented ystem, is unable to measure the strategies made by the enterprise and non-financial figures so that more and more enterprises introduce the performance-intensified system that combines the financial-oriented and operational-oriented. Balanced Scorecard is the most famous measuring tools with the function to assist the enterprise to become a strategy-oriented organization.
In Taiwan, Many enterprises in the process of introducing the balanced scorecard fail to neither execute the mission and strategy of enterprises, nor link other management systems. Finally, they give up adopting the system.The Thesis hope to provide the improving suggestion for the case company and the enterprises that want to adopt the system through analyzing the problems happened in the case study.
In this reserch, it can make the conclusion that the case company adopts new performance management system under the concept of Balanced Scorecard.Through analyzing the performances and results of New performance management system adopt by case study, especially in financial statement, we can approve the new method. In other words, it also can prove the success of Balanced Scordcard.
