To maximize the company’s benefit as well as employee’s own personal potential, it is crucial to consider an employee’s personal goals and attitude and combine with the company overall organization development plan and strategy. If personal needs are considered by educational training of the organization, this will help increase individual learning motives and raise training effect in order to achieve the objective of both the organization and the individual. Under this premise, efficient knowledge sharing is also viewed as a product of synergy among groups and this synergy can be viewed as the understanding and respect toward one another as part of a social group. (Bostrom, 1989) This research will focus on leadership style (Transformation Leadership and Transaction Leadership) and how the different style lend itself to support employee’ knowledge sharing through the creation of a learning environment to enhance accumulation of knowledge. Moreover, this environment will lead to satisfying the needs of employee’ career development whereby both the growth of the organization and the individual can be achieved. 250 copies of the questionnaire were distributed to members of the Pacific Star Group. 131 questionnaires were returned with an effective rate of 52.4%. This research used statistics analysis as Description Statistics, Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation Analysis, Hierarchical Regression Analysis to analyze the collected data. The main findings of the research are summarized as follow: 1.If the leadership style is more involved in leading development and learning, then such style will be more conducive to employee’ career development and planning.. 2.Different knowledge bearers’ point of views will have intervening effect on the relationship between leadership style and employee’ career development. 3.employee development is affected by different positions among personal data Kuang Lin 林光 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 97 zh-TW |
