碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 河海工程學系 === 93 === Abstract The building of Taiwan is developed, build things and concentrate the place all in order to all knowing type attitude as the direction in early days, often rely mainly on the fact that the trading enviroment is led and establish and gather the centre in the densely populated place , because when the economy of Taiwan just took off, the construction work quality built was still during the course of studying , many not to put firing prevention and take refuge and design the concept, build things and already reach the life and decline in cycle partly after decades, it has already belonged to the risky building ethnicity that probability takes place in the old building fire , in view of this, our country defends making to the fire , should bet relevant research again , grind and order the method that diagnoses of the fire safely in order to prevent from being better than the therapeutical idea, expect to reduce the taking place rate of the fire incident effectively. This thesis department studies the fire risk of the house to assess , carry on the discussion to the fire principle at first, and count the origin cause of formation takes place to carry on comparative analysis in the domestic and international fire , collect the domestic great fire case to probe into again, the great da xi shi community in Luihou City of reed state causes 64 motorcycles to flee burning that among them included in 2002, 15 people die, 73 people light analysing casing primarily severely injured, the reason of the case takes place in accordance with fire of our country that research institute collect this another, grind and draw up the project of measuring, measure the classification of the items and select and inhabit the hardware equipment of the place to the software environment, saving oneself and fleeing for one's life when and the fire takes place unfortunately is under the equipment and external efficiency structure providing disaster relief, and then it is safe to draw up at home , take refuge and flee for one's life , organize and measure the project with four major system , inhabitting the characteristic and resource ,etc., and then performance and national Fire Service Department promote the feng shui expert of fire control to measure the project to go on than to analysing item by item with take precautions against natural calamities in the specific building of Japan, in order to confirm the compatibility and importance of this research index. Finally, by way of DRU (extent of injury (Degree; D), to safe influence (Relevancy; R), the urgency of maintenance (Urgency; U))Assess the index of taking refuge and fleeing for one's life with personnel in order to build things safely at home, draw up household's life security to endanger degree; And organization and system and inhabitting the characteristic and resource index, make the environment to endanger degree safely; Safe at home and inhabit the characteristic and resource index , draw up the property to endanger degree; Flee for one's life to add the two average of the organization system index to with take refuge safely at home, draw up community's life security to endanger degree. This research utilizes DRU to comment ,etc. France and risk assess the concept and endanger analysing, in order to set up one simple and easy feasible detection method , make government relevant unit can usable to promote in future, and set up the risk database of fire , in order to offer the regional risk to assess immediately, Ji issue take place to house fire number of times can drop effectively, like this, reducible social cost lose and prevent the unnecessary family tragedy from.
