In order to reach the purpose of the research, firstly, through the arrangement and analysis of the literature to set up the whole structure of the research. Secondly, according to the result of the analysis of the literature, compile the questionnaire of “the satisfaction of the student learning in Continuing Education Institute in our country” as the tool of the research. There are good validity and reliability in the questionnaire. Detailedly speaking, the research adopts the investigation method of the questionnaire. The population is the students of the year of 2004 who are studying in Continuing Education Institute in Taiwan. By way of cluster sampling, effective samples are 424 students. The statistics analytical methods used in the resea rch mainly include: mean , standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Sheffe posteriori comparison . Through the analysis result , obtain the following main conclusions: 1.The student learning in Continuing Education Institute the satisfaction is OK as a whole. 2.The satisfaction of the student learning in Continuing Education Institute,the highest degree is the aspect of the teacher’s teaching. 3.The planning and the contents of the curricula in Continuing Education Institute still wait to improve. 4.The studying environment of the continuing education remains to improve partly in hardware facilities. 5.The studying resource and support of the Continuing Education Institute need further improvement. 6.The satisfaction of the student learning in Continuing Education Institute, the lowest degree is the aspect of the administration service. 7. There are evident differentiae among the variables of the backgrounds of gender, age, marital status, and job, etc. in the satisfaction of the aspects of the administration service, the contents of the curricula, teacher’s teaching , the studying resource and support, the studying environment, and the achievement of learning. According to the above results of the study, put forward the following concrete suggestions for the references of the educational administration organizations and the relevant units of the schools. 1.Strengthen the administration service, and meet the needs of students’studying. 2.Plan the contents of the curricula appropriately, and accord with the demands of student’s studying. 3.Greatly Progress the adult educational accomplishment of the teachers, and meet the needs of students’studying. 4.Strengthen the educational resource and support, and solve the students’obstacles of learning. 5.Promote the achievement of studying, and encourage lifelong learning. 6.Improve the environment of learning and meet the needs of the students in studying. 7.Consider the variable of the personal background of the student, and coach and help him actively.
