碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 工業教育學系在職進修碩士班 === 93 === ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to know exactly the past history and the present situation of mainland China’s post secondary vocational education, to explore the past developing history and its administration system of post secondary vocational education in Jinan city, Shan Dung province, mainland China, and to analyze the problems and challenges at the present stage of Jinan city, Shan Dung province, mainland China. This study made basing on the reference approach, vocational education scholars’ and teachers’ opinions, firsthand information offered by the Jinan educational bureau, and some data collected from the Internet. This study has five chapters and about ninety thousand words included; starting with gathering data, deciding data, analyzing data, and then coming to a conclusion.
