The researcher conducted cross-analysis based on various study methods, research paradigms, research instruments, development of research instruments and study targets adopted by researchers. Data were gathered through “Registration Table of Content Analysis of Academic Theses from Technological and Vocational Education Related Institutes” developed by the researcher. In addition, SPSS 12.0 was also adopted to conduct statistical analysis on frequency, percentage and chi-square test. Main conclusions of this study are as follows:

3. Research instruments adopted by technological and vocational education related studies have opted for “questionnaire survey” 56.6% mostly with “experimental design” 12.3% and “interview methods” 10.1% as researchers’ second and last choices.
4. Quotations and modifications have had a larger percentage than instruments developed by researchers themselves with quotations and modifications from “document/file” as the only exception.
5. Target subjects selected by researchers on technological and vocational education related study haven’t shown any significant changes with “students” 37.6% and “teachers” 19.2% remained to be their favorite choices during the last decade.
