Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 工業教育學系 === 93 === The purpose of this research aimed to inquire the students with disabilities, who graduated within two years after school either from a special education class in a regular senior high school or in a special education school, to know their current issues of employment, under the individual factor, family background, school study, work environment and supply various different degrees of supports, services, assistants with tutor, and guidance, and its employment effect's relative factors were being as references for the education administrative board, schooling aspect, work society politic unit, parents, employer and a follow-up research. For reaching this research aim, this study investigated by means of collecting relative documents, and generalizing the outcomes from questionnaires survey The method used in this study was questionnaire survey, took advantage of questionnaire survey proceeding quantification data collection and granted to analyze. This research objects were the students with disabilities, who graduated within two years after school, possessed employment ability, either from a special education class in a regular senior high school or in a special education school. Schoolteacher, employment counselor, parents and employment counselors and students’ caretakers mainly filled the questionnaire survey.
According to earning data by statistic analysis result, this research acquired the following chief conclusion:
One, teacher or assistant went to work place to guide student to have job adapt and job stability, for "employment adaptability " and "employment stability" were the coincidences; relatively, research showed that when students employment encountered a difficulty time, parent's shown at the work place tried to settle difficult situations generally weaker.
Two, employer felt that the most dissatisfied about student employment was the students’ working attitude and interpersonal relationship.
Three, whole constructs on the face of this study about "employment adaptability and "employment preparation" accorded with extent higher than "employment stability".
Four, male students with mental retardation in "employment preparation " and "employment situation " were superior to female.
Five, male students with mental retardation in "employment reparation" and "employment situation" were superior to female.
