Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 93 === The primary purpose of this study aims at exploring the necessity for enterprises to implement the structured on-the-job training. By literature reviewing, the researcher developed the fundamental requirement for the structured on-the-job training. In accordance with the configuration, questionnaires regarding the necessity for enterprises to implement the structured on the job training were carried out. There were 310 copies of questionnaires mailed in conducting this research, from which 110 valid copies were obtained figuring the return rate as 35.4%. Furthermore, collected data were analyzed based on SPSS 11.0, by descriptive statistic analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe method, and Chi-Square test. Conclusions acquired from this study were as follows: 1、HR departments in the enterprises generally consented and accepted the structured on-the-job training. In order to avoid unreal or scattered training systems, expected to plan and implement enterprises training systems via systematic methods. Hoping that the training can combine with the works. 2、Different backgrounds have consistent opinion regarding the needs of structured on the job training. But structured on-the-job training is not available for all kinds of training, different industries and training department will also affect. 3、Different type of enterprise has different forms of structured on the job training. The same as other training, successful structured on the job training needs come common factors.
