Depending on the investigations above, we designed instructional activities and a website and executed instructional experiences to identify learning results as a reference for our future research. For the purpose of the research, we adopt the cultural heritage analyzes and quasi-experiment methods. We first investigated related cultural heritage to construct the problem oriented website learning platform and then developed teaching activities. After teaching experiences, we performed data analysis by statistics and finally we got the conclusion as below: 1. PBL website learning platform can improve students’ learning result effectively. 2. Learning through PBL website learning tactic, students have positive studying responses. 3. By using PBL website learning tactic, the results is evidently better than traditional teaching activities in classroom. 4. If we make the students who got lower scores to the same group, the PBL learning results is worse which matches the theories of the cooperate learning.
