To approach this study, I searched the opinions via internet and reviewed the relative uniform issues. Then 1040 questionnaires were surveyed randomly in senior high school. Ultimately 842 feedback results were obtained. The outcomes were obtained according to statistical methods: number distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-square test, contingency correlation coefficient, Cramer’s V coefficient, independent sample T-test, and percentage homogeneity test. 1.In the measurement table about uniform dressing factors, the means greater than the medians are factors such as material, comfortability, size, and agreement within uniform dressing factors. 2.As to the measuring of school management factors about uniform, the means greater than the medians are factors such as security, teacher’s rule, school traits, loading of parents, democratization of school rule. 3.As regards the opinions of dressing factors within different personal backgrounds, it appears divergent. 4.As regards the opinions of school management factors within different personal backgrounds, it appears that there are some chasms on this variant. Depending on the result of this research, it makes the following proposals categorized by pupils, teachers, schools, the education authorities and subsequent researches on this topic. 1.pupils They ought to esteem it as an honor to wear uniform, so that they should obey the rules of uniform. They can suggest their opinion of uniform in the way of democratization. Avoiding the skin contacting the material directly because of sweat, it is comfortable for pupils to wear underwear with high percentage cotton. 2.teachers They have to know the rights of pupils sufficiently so that it is capable to adapt the relations between teachers and pupils. They explain the spirit of uniform and implicitly implant these ideas in the living of school. The growth of teachers’ thought is keeping all along with the circumstance of pupils’ growth. 3.schools It is suitable for school to take account of the opinions of pupils and discuss deeply all of uniform together and make proper modifications to uniform. Reinforcing good behavior of pupils will promote the image of school. Announcing the modified to pupils and let them have some time in order to adapt it. Basically, it is acceptable for pupils to express their ideas through questionnaires distributed by school. In fact, it should be considered that the case of gender will make a difference to uniform, male or female, redesigned in the future. Pupils should be admitted to participate with experts in uniform design. 4.the education authorities It is necessary to raise the specification of purchase requirement. The authorities of Kaohsuing might ask Central Standard Bureau or China Textile Institude to identify the material of uniform. It is expected that the styles of school uniforms in Kaohsiung look like vivid in appearance. 5.subsequent researches There might be some redundancies needed to be improved in the questionnaire for future subsequent researches. And such an survey could be spread out as possible to every district in Taiwan.
