The subjects include 360 elementary school teachers, and information administrators. This study conducted questionnaire survey to collect the data. The data in the valid specimens were analyzed with One Way Analysis of Variance, Schaeffe method, Pearson Correlation, and Stepwise Regression. The study implicated the following findings: 1.Results of the scale (based on the form of Likert - type Scale) indicated that the performance of school administration management information system was above average in all the three aspects, among with “system factor”was the best followed by“users attribute” and “organization attribute”. 2.Results of the scale (based on the form of Likert - type Scale) indicated that the school effectiveness was above average in all the three aspects, among with “administration effectiveness” was the best followed by “organization culture” and “user satisfaction”. 3.The most difficult problem faced by most elementary schools (especially for the small schools and remote district schools) was the lack of financial support to implement the school administration management information system. 4.The performance of school administration management information system had positive correlation with school effectiveness. In other words, the better the performance of school administration management information system is, the better is the school effectiveness. 5.The three aspects of the school administration management information system scale can function as indicators for predicting the overall school effectiveness.
