Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 教管所學校行政組(碩士班) === 93 === The Purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between elementary school teachers’ perceptions of organizational change and their organizational commitment. It is conducted through questionnaire survey. The samples includ 812 teachers at elementary schools, and the valid return rate is 74.88%. The statistical techniques are t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1.There are significant differences in the teachers’ perceptions of organizational change in terms of teachers’ academic degree, school locality,school residence and schoolsize. There are no significant differences in the teachers’ perceptions of organizational change in terms of teachers’gender, teachers’work tasks, teachers’ seniority, and teachers’ civil state. 2.There are significant differences in the teachers’ organizational commitment in terms of teachers’gender, teachers’seniority, school locality, and schoolsize. There are no significant differences in the teachers’ perceptions of organizational change in terms of teachers’work tasks, teachers’ civil state, and school residence. 3.There is a significant positive correlation between teachers’ perceptions of organizational change and organizational commitment. Based upon these findings, the researcher provides the suggestions to improve teachers’ commitment toward their schools and educational bureau while facing changes.
